Once you have paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email followed by your parcel tracking number and a link to the delivery company's website to track your order. We use a Door to Door delivery company which delivers Nationwide in South Africa. Due to the use of a third-party delivery system SOPHOLOGY will not be responsible for any lost items due to the incorrect shipping address. Please ensure you fill in the correct address
All orders should be received by the customer within 3-7 working days.
